These Website Terms of Use govern your use of this website (www.navsec.co.nz). In addition, if you have entered into an Agreement for Services with NavSec Group, then you will also be bound by the terms and conditions of that agreement, and any subsequent or concurrent terms and conditions agreed to in writing by you and NavSec Group.
NavSec Group reserves the right to alter, remove, replace or otherwise change these terms at any time, and may do so without notice to you. It is recommended that you check these terms from time to time to familiarise yourself with any changes made.
This website, any information contained on it, and these terms, shall be interpreted in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of New Zealand. The New Zealand courts shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes concerning matters involving this website.
Restrictions
You are permitted to access, view, print and to temporarily store information contained on this website. You are not permitted to reproduce, adapt, distribute or incorporate in any other work, in whole or in part, anything from this website without NavSec Group’s express written permission.
You may not create a link from any other website, to any part of this website, other than the homepage (www.navsec.co.nz) without NavSec Group’s express written permission.
The copyright in all materials (including rights in text, graphics, arrangement and overall design of this website) displayed or available on this website belongs to NavSec Group, or is used under licence from the respective rights’ holders. You must not act in any way to breach intellectual property rights held by NavSec Group or any other party in relation to material contained on this website.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed as secure. Where you send us information over the Internet (including by email or by submission using this website) we will take all reasonable steps to preserve the security of your communication. However, we do not warrant nor guarantee the security of such communications.
Additionally, to the extent that you receive information from NavSec Group (either directly or indirectly) which is not available to the general public, then you acknowledge the confidentiality of such information, and agree not to disclose such information to any third party without NavSec Group’s express written permission.
NavSec Group may collect, retain and update personal information about you, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993. Your use of this website, and any submission of communication to NavSec Group, will constitute consent to the handling of such personal information. Personal information may be collected through the use of cookies to record your visit. All information held by NavSec Group will be held by NavSec Group, or it’s agent, in accordance with the obligations contained in the Privacy Act 1993. In particular, NavSec Group will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any information collected and stored is accurate, to the best of it’s knowledge, and is stored in a secure manner.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, you have the right to access, and to request correction to, any personal information about you held by NavSec Group. If you wish to discuss this with us, please submit a request via the submission form contained on this website, or contact us using the contact details set out below. NavSec Group reserves the right to charge a fee for any reasonable costs incurred in responding to any such request. Any fee will be disclosed to you prior to any costs being incurred.
Exclusions
You use this website entirely at your own risk. All warranties, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy, currency, completeness, fitness for purpose or usefulness of the information contained on this website are excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability to you for any matters connected to your use of this website is similarly excluded.
Use of this website does not create any contractual (or other legal or equitable) relationship between you and NavSec Group. Such a relationship is only created once an Agreement for Services is entered into between you and NavSec Group.
NavSec Group accepts no liability or responsibility to you arising from the use of this website, including with respect to any communications made to NavSec Group, and will not be liable to you for any losses, damages, costs or other sums claimed by you in any way whatsoever, including in relation to any claim in contract, tort (including negligence), equity or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive sum.
To the extent that NavSec Group cannot fully exclude liability to you (by operation of law or similar), then NavSec Group’s liability is limited to the re-supply of any services provided, or payment of a sum of money equivalent to any fees paid by you to NavSec Group for services provided, at NavSec Group’s discretion.
